Put AI to work in your operation.

I'm Denny Boitchenko, a forward-deployed AI engineer for trades, construction, and other operations-heavy businesses. I build the workflow with your team and stay until it sticks. Free readiness report first. No call required.

Press Enter and I'll start your readiness report. Your question comes with it.

Five steps. No call required.

About two minutes. You get a readiness score across four areas, the hours at stake from your own numbers, and my read on where to start, on screen and by email.

01

Readiness report

Free

Two minutes, no call

About two minutes. A readiness score, the hours at stake from your own numbers, and where I would start.

02

Sprint

$5,750

Two days, fixed

One workflow built and live on your accounts, team trained. Credited in full against a Build within 60 days.

03

Build

From $10K

Three to eight weeks

A bid scorer, quote chaser or drawing pipeline. Fixed price, half on signing, half at go-live.

04

Keep It Running

From ~$1,550/mo

Month to month

Monitoring, fast fixes, a 48-hour response and a monthly note on what needs attention.

05

Embedded

From ~$10,500/mo

Three-month minimum

Inside your team, shipping three to six solutions. One client at a time.

Prices in Canadian dollars; US clients are billed in US dollars. A ~ means approximate: the exact price is set on a short call before any work starts.

Built and running in production.

Not pilots, not prototypes. These are in daily use.

Material tracking app

Cut 3-week delivery-error delays to same-day for an off-grid BC construction crew.

Receipt tracker and invoicer

Running in production at thinkmultiply and one BC trades client.

Drawing-to-data extraction

Instrument tags pulled from engineering drawings into an index, at about 98% precision on the tags it pulls. Running at several industrial clients.

Why me

I started thinkmultiply after watching companies spend months and real money on tools their teams never adopted. Dashboards nobody opened. AI pilots that went nowhere. The best system in the world is useless if your crew does not trust it.

Before that I worked job sites as an electrician, spent four years in controls engineering programming PLCs and SCADA across more than 20 industrial facilities, then worked at Microsoft deploying telemetry across data centers. I have also developed residential property from raw land through sale.

That is why I build for how your crew actually works, not how a demo works. I am not chasing hype. Dad of three, based in the Okanagan, BC.

Denny Boitchenko

How I work.

Most AI automation stalls for the same reason. The gap is almost never the technology. It is the translation layer between the tool and the people who use it. So I build with your team, not for them, train them as I go, and follow up until it sticks. The same six rules go into every proposal.

You own everything

The code, the accounts and the data, built in your accounts. No licence to keep paying.

No new software

It runs on the estimating, accounting and document tools you already have. No migrations.

Your people check every number

The system shows where each figure came from, and I am the named person accountable for it.

Plain code first

Ordinary code does the work. A model only steps in where judgment is actually needed.

No number I have not measured

I will not quote you a result until I have measured it on your own data.

Your data can stay put

If it cannot leave the building, it runs on your own hardware.

Who this is for.

I would rather save us both the call.

A fit looks like

  • 01Commercial and industrial electrical or mechanical contractors, 20 to 200 people
  • 02Controls integrators, engineering firms and EPCs buried in drawings and I/O lists
  • 03General contractors with remote sites, where receiving and POs live off-platform
  • 04Service companies losing work to quotes nobody followed up
  • 05You want your team faster, not new software to learn

Not a fit if

  • 01You want an AI strategy deck for the board
  • 02You want to replace your estimating or accounting software
  • 03Your bottleneck is RFIs, submittals or dispatch, which your platforms already cover
  • 04You want a generic chatbot, or a product I maintain forever

Questions I get asked.

Your estimator reviews every figure before it goes anywhere, and the system shows where each one came from. I am the named person accountable for how it works. Nothing reaches a client on the tool's word alone.

No. I build around what you already run. If a system has no way in, the tool works through the screen the way a person would. There is no migration.

No. A Build can run on your own hardware so nothing leaves, and anything you show me while we scope it can be redacted first. You own the code and the accounts either way.

The readiness report is free. A two-day Sprint is $5,750, credited in full against a Build booked within 60 days. Builds start at $10K. Keep It Running starts around $1,550 a month, and Embedded around $10,500 a month. Every price is fixed before work starts.

You can, and everything I build is yours, so you could take it over. What you are buying is speed: a working tool in two days, from someone who has already hit the walls you would hit.

That is the whole point of building it with your team instead of for them. Your people watch it get built, use it while I am there, and keep the documentation. If it does not stick, I did the job wrong.

You have my direct line, and small fixes get turned around fast. If you want that guaranteed, Keep It Running covers monitoring, up to six hours of work a month and a 48-hour response.

Find out where AI pays off in your business.

The report is free and takes about two minutes. No pitch deck, no proposal, no call unless you want one.
