That is the whole point of building it with your team instead of for them. Your people watch it get built, use it while I am there, and keep the documentation. If it does not stick, I did the job wrong.

At an agency the person who sells you is not the person who writes the code. Here they are the same person. You also own everything I build, outright, with no licence to keep paying.

You have my direct line and small fixes get turned around fast. If you want that guaranteed rather than resting on goodwill, that is what the retainer is for.

No. I build on the tools you already run. If your data is messy, sorting that is usually one of the first wins, and it costs far less than replatforming.

A chat window puts the work of figuring it out on your team, which is why most of those rollouts quietly fade. I build the workflow into what they already do, so there is nothing extra to remember.
